At E3S2, we carefully considers site conditions, proper space allocation, clear and efficient circulation as well as views, natural light and access to the exterior environment. The building envelope is selected for beauty, durability and high insulation value. Building materials are selected based on their proximity to the site, the amount of energy required to manufacture them and their level of toxicity. Water-saving fixtures are specified in conjunction with water capture and distribution strategies to help preserve resources. Special consideration is given to make the project adaptable for future modifications and to meet our client’s financial restraints.
Our goal is to design projects that contribute to the long-term protection and enhancement of the environment as well as a high quality of life for current residents and future generations. Each project is unique and individually designed to shelter and inspire.
