Construction Administration
At appropriate intervals to the construction process, we observe the progress and quality of the Work completed by the Contractor and provide our clients with detailed field reports and observations. We will quickly respond to requests for information from the contractor and provide supplemental information as required.
For projects seeking LEED certification, we review and observe the implementation of the construction waste management plan, indoor air quality management plan, documentation of material credits and general guidance to confirm LEED compliance during the construction phase. Responsibilities include coordinating anticipated submittals and required documentation, conducting site observations to document LEED compliance, contacting subcontractors & product suppliers, as necessary, to obtain information, coordination of online documentation submittals and attendance at construction meetings to resolve LEED related issues.
