LEED Workshops | Charrettes
Whether you're planning a minor renovation or launching a large-scale building project, you're likely to find our intensive design workshops, known as charrettes, useful for generating ideas and enhancing collaboration in advance of the formal design process.
Charrettes provide a creative, highly focused atmosphere where your project team can discuss environmental goals, including LEED certification, and come up with an overall green building strategy. During a typical Charrette, we present green building strategies, identify team leaders, and define scopes of work. We assess impacts upon budget, design, construction process and schedule. The group selects strategies best suited for the project, assign the appropriate professional and set up a framework that reports progress and measures success.
